Deep inside the Valle Aurina, framed by forest, meadows, water and mountains, you will find the two buildings of Silva Apartments. Cosy and at the same time modern furnished by a host family who warmly welcome their guests.
Nestled in the mountains
The Valle Aurina can certainly be described as an insider tip. From Brunico it stretches far north into the main ridge of the Alps. Deep into the world of the three thousand metre mountains. Over 80 of these impressive peaks give our valley an impressive setting.
Our two apartment buildings are nestled in the alpine-archaic mountains, as part of a small, harmonious group of houses. The newly built main building with seven apartments on the one hand, and next to it the original building (previously “Alpenblick Apartments”) with two cosy, traditionally furnished apartments. With a total of nine apartments, our accommodation in San Giovanni in Valle Aurina is also ideally suited for a holiday for all ages.
Barefoot in the garden
This is a wonderful place to relax: our well-kept garden is a small “Paradise in Paradise”. On the lawn you can relax after your sauna session or simply enjoy the sunshine.
As a special highlight, we have created a beautiful barefoot path in the garden.

Her children Paul, Noah and Mara are the focus. They are lucky enough to grow up in this beautiful environment and meet many new people.
They enjoy the experiences and open space around the buildings to the fullest. The word “couch potter” was definitely not invented for these three cheerful people.
The Senior Boss
Roswitha is our grandma. True to the motto “whoever rests, rusts” she never stops. Whenever her help is needed, she is full of energy and enthusiasm and supports us.
By the way: it was Christian’s parents who laid the foundation for our apartment buildings and many years ago took the initiative to rent out holiday apartments on a modest scale.
