• The prices quoted are per day and apartment for a minimum stay of 3 days.
• For a stay of less than 3 days we charge a surcharge of 20% on the accommodation price.
• For each additional person we charge a surcharge depending on age. Children up to their third birthday stay free of charge.
  from 3 to 11.99 years: 15.00 € per night
  from 12 years: 25.00 € per night
• Not included in the price is the local tax of € 2.40, which is charged per day and person (from 14 years) and collected on site.
• We charge € 50.00 for the final cleaning of the apartment.

Deposit:
The reservation is validated by a confirmation email from us. In order to make it binding, we ask you to pay (within 5 days) a deposit of € 250.00 per apartment.

Cancellation conditions:
There are no cancellation fees for cancellations up to 90 days prior to arrival. In this case, we will credit your deposit for your next holiday with us. Cancellations at a later date, late arrival, early departure or no-show will be charged as follows:

• 89 – 30 days before arrival – 40% of the total amount booked
• 29 – 7 days before the start of the holiday – 70% of the total amount booked
• Cancellation within the last week before arrival – 90% of the total amount booked
• In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, the entire booked amount will be charged.
• Cancellation, for whatever reason, is never a nice thing. That is why we advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Payment methods:
We kindly request that you settle your bill the day BEFORE your departure. You can meet us between 18:00 and 19:00. This can be done in cash (maximum € 4,999 according to current law), with EC or credit card.

• 2 of our apartments, the entrance area and the living room are barrier-free. The wellness area can also be reached by lift and is largely barrier-free.
• Check-in: On the day of arrival the apartments are ready to move in from 15:00. If you will arrive after 19:00, we request that you let us know by telephone.
• Keys are handed out at the reception in the main building.
• Check out is at 9:00. By arrangement, if this is possible due to the booking situation, you can book a late check out (17:00). € 50.00 is charged for this.
• Non-smoking: Our apartments, like the rest of the house, are non-smoking apartments. Smoking is only permitted outside.
• Guest net: In the entrance area you will find our digital guest folder with lots of valuable information about your holiday.
