“Ground yourself” barefoot
In the garden we have created a small barefoot path (for the summer months). The path is designed with different materials from nature. Consciously walking barefoot on stones, bark mulch, pine cones or earth strengthens the muscles in your feet and legs, more than that, it works like a foot reflexology massage, promotes blood circulation throughout the body, strengthens the musculoskeletal system and even the immune system. Going barefoot also works against painful back problems and helps to compensate for the top-heaviness caused by civilization.
